Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item was received damaged, or
  • The wrong item was shipped
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
We do NOT accept returns for non-defective items, including unwanted items, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.

Return Method

All approved returns must be sent back by mail. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Return Shipping & Labels

  • A return shipping label is included in the original package
  • Return shipping costs are covered for damaged or incorrect items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items that are damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging (when applicable)
  • Proof of damage or incorrect shipment may be required

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Use the included return label and ship the item back

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in USD.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Non-defective items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
