Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the date the package was delivered to your address.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective: The product arrived broken or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
- Change of Mind: You no longer want the item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same new condition that you received it.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
We aim to make the return process as easy as possible:
- Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
- Return Label: For your convenience, a prepaid return shipping label is included in the original package.
- Return Fees: We offer Free Returns. There are no shipping costs or restocking fees for any eligible returns.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at 321sensorypaths@gmail.com with your order number.
- Briefly explain the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, or change of mind).
- Locate the prepaid return label included in your original shipment.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated mail carrier location.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment in USD.
6. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know in your initial email. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and “New Condition” requirements as standard returns.
